Meet Kahlia Professional third wheel since 2019!

Pronounced"Kayla"...(but don't stress if you get it wrong - my husband did and I didn't hold it against him!)

If talking about other people is my comfort zone, talking about myself is definitely not! I can be quite the awkward dork!! I'd much rather spend hours hearing your stories than trying to write my own, but here goes...

I'm a wife, mum to two beautiful girls, dog mum to our wonderfully chaotic Kelpie x Shepherd, and the proud owner of what has somehow become the best job in the world.

Whether I'm standing beside a couple saying "I do" or helping a family say goodbye, or celebrating a milestone event I genuinely believe the greatest privilege in life is being invited into someone's story. And I never take that for granted.

Life outside of celebrations

Home for us is the beautiful Central Coast, where life is usually a whirlwind of dance concerts, netball games, Oztag, school events and trying to convince the dog that zoomies don't belong inside the house. My husband is my biggest supporter (and unofficial business consultant!). He's my sounding board for every new idea, and the reason so much of my client experience has been thoughtfully designed for both brides and grooms,

We've been married for ten years now, and together we've built the life I've always dreamed of. He's my bestest friend!

Before I became a celebrant...

I spent years travelling throughout NSW and interstate as a Sales Representative and Key Account Manager. I absolutely loved the people, the road trips and discovering new places.

So if your wedding isn't on the Central Coast... don't assume I won't travel.

Ask me!! There's a very good chance I'll already be packing my bags!!

A few completely unnecessary facts... becausethey'refun.

I'm 100% a morning person.

You'll find me chasing sunrises just as often as sunsets.

I love pubs over clubs.

Anything lemon immediately has my attention.

Sweet always beats savoury.

My Spotify playlists are complete chaos! One minute it's country, the next it's hardcore, followed by R&B, pop or a little nostalgic throwback!

Most importantly...

Whether we're planning a wedding, a funeral or anything in between, I want you to feel like you're chatting with an old friend. No awkward formalities. No pressure. No question is too silly. Just honest conversations & plenty of laughs! I want you to walk away knowing I was someone in your corner from the moment we meet.

If you've made it this far, I reckon we'll probably get along.

So let's grab a coffee (or something stronger... I don't judge 😉) and start planning your day!
